1. Introduction

Welcome to NestivoLT UAB ("NestivoLT", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at nestivolt.com and the accommodation services we provide. By accessing our website or submitting a reservation request, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

NestivoLT UAB is a company registered in Lithuania. Our primary place of business is in Lithuania, and we operate under Lithuanian and European Union law.

2. Services

NestivoLT provides short-term and long-term hostel accommodation services. Our services include:

  • Online reservation requests through our website
  • Hostel accommodation in various room types (2-bed, 3-bed, 4-bed, and bunk dorm configurations)
  • Shared and private facilities including WiFi, common areas, and security
  • Customer support and assistance

Submitting a reservation request through our website does not constitute a binding agreement until confirmed by NestivoLT in writing (including by email).

3. Reservation and Booking

To make a reservation, you must submit accurate and complete information through our reservation form. We reserve the right to decline any reservation request at our discretion.

Upon receipt of your reservation request, our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability, pricing, and any additional requirements.

A reservation is confirmed only upon written confirmation from NestivoLT and receipt of any required deposit or payment as agreed.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and are inclusive of applicable Lithuanian VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honour the agreed price.

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of reservation confirmation. We accept payment via bank transfer and other methods as agreed.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the type of accommodation and length of stay agreed upon at the time of confirmation. General terms are as follows:

  • Short-term (less than 3 months): 7 days written notice required for cancellation without penalty.
  • Long-term (3 months or more): 30 days written notice required for cancellation without penalty.
  • Cancellations outside these periods may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your confirmation.

6. Guest Responsibilities

As a guest of NestivoLT, you agree to:

  • Comply with all hostel rules and regulations provided upon check-in
  • Treat other guests, staff, and the property with respect
  • Not engage in any illegal activity on the premises
  • Not bring visitors to common or private areas without prior permission
  • Keep your accommodation clean and in good condition
  • Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly
  • Vacate the accommodation at the agreed end date

7. Liability

NestivoLT takes reasonable steps to ensure the safety and security of its guests and their property. However, we are not liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our proven negligence
  • Personal injury unless caused by our proven negligence or wilful misconduct
  • Disruption of services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

8. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU/Lithuanian data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on nestivolt.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of NestivoLT UAB and is protected by Lithuanian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.

As a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights under EU consumer protection law, which these Terms do not seek to limit.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
